I got an idea for the optimal kind of therapy

it would be called laugh therapy where you have a genuine laugh session for thirty minutes a day

the problem is...finding the kind of stuff that would make you laugh

if you cant find stuff that makes you laugh then videos that make you smile are a partial substitute (like cute animal videos)

I bet if you did this everyday for a year you would feel like a totally different person
