Reading my pet's thread about immigrants reminded me of something that crosses my mind quite often. I can pretty much never get negative feedback in a social group no matter what I say, not sure if it's looks or just an easygoing personality but I can literally say anything and still get giggles and laughs, pretty much the whole package of positive feedback even though what I say might totally collide with the ideologies of the people I am spending time with, I can't go past black people chimping out without commenting on how one day I will put them all in a cage and display them for everyone to see and even then the "I love everyone" girl will still giggle at that comment. I had plenty of immigrants in my class and even then I criticized them a lot and they were still not making a scene about it. I saw other guys get a lot of shit for the same comments and they weren't bad looking, maybe it's the tone of the comments or my expressions?
