starting a no alcohol week just to test the waters

it's monday morning, so it's an appropriate time

i get nothing from alcohol nowadays anyway - no buzz, no that naive euphoria, no increase in optimism, no thoughts about me turning my life into a fairytale within a couple of months. just stomach and throat burning, constant agitation, insane bloat and weight gain, all while witnessing my brain turning into a soup.

time to cope with my own thoughts.

p.s. this is not yet another of those threads where i'll try to be funny by posting about how drunk i am 10 hours later. i m just concerned about my health at this point, specially considering the "advantages" of drinking myself to sleep are long gone
