So here is my surgical plans right now

My infraorbital zzygomatic implant has design issues. It is causing implant show in the infraorbital area and there is too distinct a step off between the zygomatic and submalar+canine fossa areas, causing a slightly "saggy" appearance.

I'll be meeting with my surgeon in January to see what the best course of action will be. I may have it removed (and cheek tissues suspended upwards on the way out), have a new implant put it, or have the implant taken out, shaven down in the right areas, and put back in. Time will tell which path I proceed with. Stay tuned for more.
