[Theory] Starting an Experiment (No Teeth Brushing)

I have a theory that the whiteness of teeth is minimally affected by teeth brushing. I know lots of people who incessantly brush their teeth and have yellow teeth, and when I was young I basically never brushed my teeth but they were always white.

I have a feeling that teeth health is highly related to genetics and also your diet. Toothpaste is just another way for the Juden to get fluoride into your system. I think it's a superficial practice. I guess we'll see what happens. It's already been a few days and my teeth feel fine, and that "dirty" feeling you get when you wake up and don't brush your teeth is starting to go away. 

I should probably go on a long term shampoo purge as well, but that's already been done plenty of times and we all know its beneficial. But as for the effects of no teeth brushing, I guess I will be the guinea pig.

I never bothered with shampoo but also means i have to have shortish hair and can't do the mop head

I love my hair without any shampoo it naturally has a good texture and smells nice without me doing anything

And I’m one of the guys who showers and wets his hair everyday
