@brocode you always been good with this

What supplements should I take for increasing my looks? I am talking mostly about skin. My skin is pretty clear, but its just not as perfect as it could be. No real acne, but some blemishes, and darker than it should be. I think also I take too long and too hot showers, I need to cut off on that. And be more consistent with skin cleaning.

Also I used to have clear scleras but recently i had some bloodshot eyes, im guessing this is from execssive video games... Not sure if you know anything about helping this? Dont smoke or anything. 

Anyways, currently im taking:

zinc
magnesium
vit c
vit d
vit e
GABA
creatine
taurine
omega 3
biotin

im going to purchase some collagen supplement, anything else I should get? also considering tongkat ali, which ill take when i start cutting in around a month or two

You don’t need to supplement so many things and you shouldn’t either.

Most of your nutrients should come from food and only if u lack in something, only then u should supplement it.

And since you said skin, the best thing you can supplement is hands down Gluthatione. And not some coping amount, a minimum of 3000mg/day.
Vitamin C as well, about 4000-5000mg/day.

Both need to be liposomal. Other forms are really not that potent.

You can supplement zinc too, but make sure it’s zinc gluconate.
At max 25mg/day and it should be split so that u don’t consume more than 10mg/every 5 hours.


Apart from that it’s not really worth supplementing anything besides Vit d and Magnesium, which are not much help for skin.

i wouldnt supplement any of these except vitamin d unless you get a spesific reason to or recovering from nutrient defiencies

I’ve taken all kinds of supplements from tong Kat Ali to Ashwagandha to t3 to even actual Pharma grade HGH (somatropin)

The best if u want to literally get ripped is hands down, HGH, it’s very expensive though of course.
Tong Kat Ali is Good for boosting ur t but idk man, I wouldn’t recommend to take it if u r cutting, for mood purposes sure.

Ashwagandha is much better for very good happy mood.
T3 isn’t all that necessary. 

So basically tldr; only things I would recommend for cutting are HGH and cardio, it’s not gonna make much differences to take those other supplements unless for mood.

just stretch your hips, eat eggs and seasonal fruits and you wont need to take any supplements

yeah but thats not suplementing collagen, thats eating collagen rich foods which is super legit.

ashwaganda legit mogs 900mgs/day not sure how much u took how much of the increased t ur body aromatized (over for u if ur body did that, hope on aromasin asap)
