Are you using them to wean off or are you unironically using them for caffeine? 

Just go get coffee - tastes better and is way more NT 

If you are using them to wean off just go cold turkey 

caffeine pills are autistic af and many of my homies have had panic attacks off them - they are a lot more concentrated than energy drinks and coffee
