4. Watch youtube videos and feel carefree peace and solitude by viewing content THAT MAKES YOU FEEL OKAY

6. Go for a LONG WALK at YOUR OWN COMFORTABLE PACE, Or a drive, Or Ride bike, or etc. and just clear your head.
