[Slayer] How to steal guns from police? Police were carrying assault riles to their station as me and my dad walked by

If it was just one guy, and my dad wasn't there to see it, I could have just slammed him to the ground and stole the gun. They also almost accidentally left the car window open as I gathered from the conversation, not that it mathered since it was empty at that point but I looked in later and it seemed that the window is blacked-out but I could see the seats in the front so not fully, just to the straight. How do I get a gun? I have snuck into a sanatorium undetected and walked out after realizing I was going to be seen by the front camera of a medical van if I kept going. They didn't realize I was an intruder when they saw me from afar. Didn't really see any opportunities there. @MVP If I sneak into a military base would it be the same? Would I find a gun? There is zero info online where they keep the guns but maybe I'd find something or like a post-guard's gun.

No need to "disarm" as such, they weren't carrying them in the combat position anyway, although I think they did when they were carrying them years back when I saw them.
