I generally have a very high tolerance towards most types of users on the incelosphere, regardless if they are newfags or grAYs. Usually, when I notice they have nothing notable to post to the forum, I simply pass through their comments/threads without reading or paying attention to them, as doing so is simply a waste of my time, and because in the rare moment where they might have something worth replying to.
But at some point in time, there comes users that are so disruptive, so insufferable, so out of place, that I have no other choice but to block them out of necessity to make the UI easier, as well as relieving strain on my sanity.
These users include:
1. Tryhard glowposters
I love edgy humor, or should I say "used" to on here. To be truly funny now, your jokes have to be timed JUST RIGHT with style. Otherwise, you come off as someone who's main selling point is a corny edgelord, and it has been done to death at this point. When I see this kind of behavior from a user incessantly, it tells me you have nothing else to offer than to aleve other's frustrations with a one-trick pony. Boring!
2. Schitzo postmaxers
At some point, once you've ran into one of these users, you've seen them all. Aggressive nonsensical spammers that can cause navigation of threads a complete chore, plus the constant low effort writing that makes you feel like you are giving yourself brainrot by interacting with it. Your best bet at retaining a solid UI is by not interacting with any (non-sewer) related posts where these people are influencing a discussion.
3. LARPers
By far the most irritating in my eyes, simply because they undermine the entire purpose as to why these forums were created in the first place. Why should I have a discussion with someone who isn't themselves and sells a fake image of their profile to others on the website, either out of a popularity contest or for nefarious purposes? I don't relate to people on here who aren't transparent about their inceldom out of any other demographic mentioned, therefore I should not to give them the time of day on any topic whatsoever.
Now brocels, what criteria does a user have to meet in your eyes to be in the ignore?
