I see it everyday at work. Incel looking men following woman around talking to them acting all ENTHUSIASTIC n Intrested in her listening to her talking about other men n shit...talking about how much she likes a guy outside of work that shes currently dating...or talking about what guys she been rejecting lately 

This woman is giving clear IODs (Indicators of Disintrest) to my male colleagues by mentioning other men who she's into etc but they still keep ORBITING 

Is it really common for NORMIE men to wanna befriend woman and listen to her talk about other men? What do they get from this?

I don't see it much here in the UK. Men by themselves look disenfranchised and women order chads through tinder or social media. The younger guys tend to be more naive so you can see school kids or students hanging in groups with females sometimes but I think Anglo whores just blackpill them into oblivion & they give up.
