It depends on the situation. I'd say they shouldn't be used in competitions but they shouldn't need any kind of prescription for the general folk/populace. Especially nootropics and dopaminergic meds.


I find it completely unfair that they impose prescriptions notwithstanding lots of folk like us with executive dysfunction would be very eager to learn new things would it not be for what we have.

But of course "strong independent wimmiz" that have overall low iq with just the executive function well formed are constantly praised for their effort, strenghth, industriousness and other such bullcrap in spite of knowing executive function abilities are wholly genetic.

I hate this soyciety...

All drugs should be legal and without prescription. Even euthanasia drugs should be legal and without prescription. Anyone should be able to buy suicide drugs like Nembutal in a pharmacy. Anyone should be allowed to buy pharmaceutical heroin in a pharmacy

A human being should have the right to decide what they are putting in their own body. A legal system should not be able to decide what a person is not allowed to ingest in his own body.

Maybe, although I'd say it'd be quite dangerous as some drugs can have very harmful effects. The dopaminergic ones and nootropics should indeed be legalized first.
