Its because you have only 349 ng/dl testosterone, its impossible to produce any pheromones with that level.
Raise your testosterone to above 900 ng/dl and you will start getting IOIs, or if you want A LOT of IOIS, raise T above 1500 ng/dl with pharmaceutical testosterone
