8 of them was like legit form proper push ups, all the way down 

And I stopped for like 4 secs and went 4 more, all good form, last one was like rushed but all still low 

Personal best!!!

try knuckle pushups instead of regulars, it works wrist stability and lets you go ~5cm deeper

I only got into position and it like hurt so much 

I can't even do this assisted it actually is painful on my knuckles
