if you do nothing your brain body is turboregenerating and subconscious thinking

the longer u do nothing, the more it will turboregenerate until inevitably u will feel like pushing harder for iq. the consequence is pretty much it doesnt really matter what u do, if you focus on x u miss out on y, thats why u can pretty much chill. there are even more reasons i cannot come up with now, but point stands, u can chill.

edit: damn almost remembered, forgot again


remembered: your body and ur subconscious knows best what it wants, when it wants to increase iq, u will do it.

its like sprinting vs marathon traffic light u cover the same distance no matter what u do

but you have better frequency when u chill so is even better
