life is about calming down your subconscious

your unconscious is like a puppy dog - it is afraid, gets agitated and angry and growls and barks, but you can calm down the puppy dog unconscious/subconscious inside of you, talk silently, calmly and empathically to it, this will calm it down, tranquillize it.
