There is nothing wrong with being an ESL, but it is never okay to be rude to a person who's trying his best.
Instead of insulting each other, we could point out flaws and give constructive advice.
We can share books and reading materials, that is much more beautiful than an exchange of insults and attempts to "one up" each other.
