Fried beef liver is so good

Probably the best tasting piece of meat? idk, it needs no spices or herbs and to taste awesome, and its nutrition wise very solid

Never had it fried but beef liver on its own when I had it simmered had a really weird texture and after taste 

Does that go away if I fry it?

First, dice the liver and patatoes and fry them. After frying, mix them with parsley, sliced onions, salt, and pepper. Mix the onions with salt separately to prevent the onions from becoming too overpowering. Eat with bread or rice.

No it's weird but you get used to it

Goes well with fried onions and mushrooms.

I don't eat that anymore but try adding some sour cream after it's done.
