Day 4 of no caffeine

I feel more in control over the words that come out of my mouth
I'm calmer, more distributed energy throughout the day
No manic thoughts (which were fun, I miss them)
No crash at 2-3-4 pm (which is good)

Let's continue

Can't stand caffeine, such a shitty drug.

You stay awake a little more clearly for a few hours, then become a slump after the crash and ruin your sleep.

Ive been drinking linden and "mountain" tea instead of coffee lately (you probably know what I am referring to since those are common in all balkans). Turns out I'm not addicted to caffeine I just needed to sip on something like the motion-addicted soyjak that I am.

Yeah, that makes sense. But I guess nicotine has a more noticeable effect than caffeine, which is mostly placebo (unless youre drinking 20 redbulls in 1hr).

true, coffee is more of a habit-forming thing than the caffeine being addictive itself, and energy drinks i guess the sugar addiction is way worse than the caffeine too (monster mango loco tastes great)

Cobra Tate claims there is 0 upside to quitting coffee.

He claims to drink 20 a day which I'm sure is his trademark exaggeration.

He even went as far as ascribing The Industrial Revolution to the introduction of coffee drinking and night shifts
