the funny thing about our habits is that they're not even enjoyable. i stopped getting that euphoric feeling that even makes you enjoy emotional scenes in shows like friends over a year ago

moderation mogs. 0.5-1l of wine on friday and saturday evenings > stuffing yourself with that poison from 2PM every day of the week

also, we probably wouldnt need a gallon of alcohol to get drunk if we weren't 30 kg overweight
