Yet they’re the ones getting jobs and they’re the ones being taken seriously.

Fucking hell man some fucking fucktard girl who barely knows about market research is getting a summer analyst role just for being a fucking third year student holy shit no fucking wonder this country is ass poo poo. I hate HRs to the fucking max do your job of recruiting talent as required fucking woman. You’re not getting paid to think this is a game where u swipe like on tinder based on age here holy fucking shit. HRs are the death of companies I fucking hate all HRs death to all these wannabe talentless useless recruiting agency fucktards ew yuck arghh wack fuck you fags
I’m not getting paid in the research lab as it is and that’s why I want to get an internship that pays me. These people are disgusting
For those of you who lack the fundamental understanding of how internships in engineering works, I’ll lay it out for you, the college expects you and helps you get an internship after your third year during the summer, and then you do your seventh semester and eight semester again you either do a 6 month internship or do a research project on campus.
A lot of these companies look for target candidates that tend to stick to their companies “oh he did his third year internship here, he’ll probably be in his 6 month internship here too and he’ll join full time”, basically it’s a very ugly way of cutting training costs at the expense of qualified yet younger potential candidates like myself.
These last 2 paragraphs are for certain users here who fundamentally lack the understanding of engineering. So there you go.dont bother me in this thread
