like im not sure if sympathy or emotional empathy is truly real. but people just have some kind of sense of justice instead, depending what their moral/political compass is, or how they were socialized, their upbringing etc.
i know this sounds bitter inkwel af, so maybe resident nt jocks could have something to say about this?
its just people seem way too hypocrite and selective, it feels too much about pride or guilt rather than feeling bad for someone and how they are feeling ngl
