when asked i just tell people i lifted as teen and worked construction. feel like thats better answer than saying i gymcel in my basement, even if i do very casually(dumbells and bar is all i have)

you don't need that much protein, most of it will be unused and convert into carbs. you're just eating expensive carbs at that point.
