how long does it take for you to get hungry again after eating?

depends on how much I eat, what I eat, my dietary habits that period

nowadays I eat 1 big meal/day so I don't get hungry until next day

Now that I’m eating very clean, almost very hard to feel hungry again
But I can still eat and not feel full.

But back when I was eating processed crap, every 6 hours I would feel legit hungry

takes me an hour or two to get hungry again
