I’m more angry than usual

I get angry at fucking everything now.
I scream at people, I hit them, but then suddenly cool off seconds within doing that. Like a switch going off in my head.

I get angry at the smallest things, the notification sound when I’m talking to someone, or when some guy  honks even once at me for no reason.
