in general I mean.
There are ethnic countries with attractive or decent looking people on average but it's no surprise that these places are west eurasian or have significant west eurasian ancestry.
indians have to be the ugliest women on earth on average,although the hot ones are very hot and exotic but its like one in 100,000 that look hot by western standards.
