Had a lucid dream last night - An Infinity Of Little Hours - 19-04-2022

It is really incredible to be aware when you are dreaming. It feels no different than waking life. I was walking through a city and knew it was all a dream. Normally I panic and wake up but I didn't this time. Truly euphoric.

Really makes you think about simulation theory

I wish I could do this every night and always be able to be fully awake and aware during my dreams - you could get 1/3rd of your life back and you could shape the nighttime hours how you wanted.

One thing you can do is when you realize you're in a dream tell yourself to make the scene more clear and it'll start to look more and more realistic.

Also, one trick I use to lucid dream is right when I'm about to sleep I repeat "when I wake up I'll be in a dream" to myself a few times.

Don't dreams (at least, the ones that you can remember/make sense) usually only last like an hour max?

I once realized i am dreaming and immediately exploited it by grabbing a female by the pussy, but then the dream abruptly ended.
