At work you will have females telling you things like "work harder" "don't get on your phone" "Quit standing around" It is demeaning. I don't follow their orders. I ignore them even if they have the power to fire me. I would rather be fired than lose the last bit of dignity I have.

At work you are trading time for money, not money for a specific job. It's akin to how slaves used to work in medieval Europe. Because of this employers feel like it is their obligation to make you suffer as much as possible. The more pain you are in the more the more value they get out of you. That's why there are so unnecessary rules and regulations.

Once my side business gets big enough I'm quitting. Working for other people isn't natural.
