Being seen as smart isn't about brainpower or some dumb number ... It's about how smart others think you are. So really bragging about IQ is a dumb trait since this number itself doesn't tell anyone anything ... But say the right words & voila.
The smartest are known as such because their wording is unique.... their essence is unique ... They aren't "common."
In fact the commoner's take is that intelligence is analytical -- like a machine -- but humans cannot be 1:1 correlated with the concept of "intelligence" in a machine-like sense -- rather, human intelligence is about uniqueness, not vague statistics.
