I drank a good portion of a mid grade vodka bottle 500ml yesterday, and sobered up after sunset, was so dehydrated and sick I wanted to just pass out. Even had reboundanxiety too
I'm not cut out for drinking

I was sober from alcohol for months, however I use nicotine all day every day and drink 2-3 cups coffee everyday
I'd like to quit all that ngl, at least for a little bit, and get my cardio in order
