There are many (and better) reasons to go to the gym apart from "to look good and get girls" tbh.

building willpower and discipline is a very underrated aspect of it
i wish i was a gymcel for that aspect of working out alone

I don't and never lliked gym obsession or discipline, I always only liked sports if anything or things that seemed more useful
Yeah I workout and stuff but I don't find it to be some kind of holy thing or that benefical either tbh to just lift weights
