It's hard to persuade userr he won't be getting any remote job from learning how to run a 20 line python script, mainly because of the dunning-kruger effect -he knows too little so he thinks he knows too much. I think looking the curriculum of any uni's CS faculty is necessary in order to get a grip of how things really are.

i done lua since 11 years old pythogn is just another language im learning
i already know 50-90% of all interview questions, which are harder then the actueal job it self so in 2 years of consitnst learning i will obivosuly be able to do it
