10 ius of gh ED for a year is amazing. You feel very good, productive, high energy. Sleep is amazing. I gained 35 lbs of pure contractile tissue on it. Igf-1 is inferior. if you want igf 1 like effects just do test, tren and GH. Way cheaper
1 gram of halo is a close second. And 1.5-2 grams of test is third, the ultimate mass gainer, no need to waste money on other stuff like primo, pre workout like orals, etc if you just want to get huge
as for non muscle building drugs meth is very good after neurogenesis to build habits

I don't have the mental fortitude for roidz. I would however experiment with meth if I knew where to obtain it. that being said, it all seems futile to me. copious psychedelic amounts + music live in my mind rent free. it's very hard for me to care about anything else.

I will be staying on 400mgs of test and 3ius of growth full time for the next 3 years. More of a trt+ dose than a blast
I don't think meth is good for brain health, but it is great for productivity
