It doesn't say your memory will be enhanced, just teaches techniques to make better use of your existing memory capabilities.
Truth is, others learn slower and others faster. But at the end of the day, you can memorize the same amount of information with anyone else.

yes, memory cannot really be improved, but you can USE THE MEMORY WAY BETTER
