it will be done as the government forced a weapon / toxin on the population
it is planned, they want you all to turn against your governments, as afterwards "they" will appear and you will accept them and their conditions
"they" convinced the government to push it all on you, you will blame the government and not "them" as you don't even know what they are called of this moment
the goal is simply world government. if a state does not have to worry about competitor states then it only has to worry about controlling it's own population.
"they" will appear with a religion and government system already planned out
be ready to become a slave or die fighting
