TOO HIGH SEROTONIN AND STRESS. Time to find a NEW PURPOSE and REVITALIZE/REGENERATE.
Get new social settings/MOVE TO A NEW PLACE
Get new friends or people you can observe and feel okay being around
LOWER SEROTONIN and FIX METABOLISM with cortisol-reduction, GABA increases & ANABOLISM. BE A NEW MAN!
