dancing has been used in tribes for centuries to incude an altered state of consciousness in spirital rituals
try it it feels good after, u need to overstimulate yourself with flashing lights and tranceish music - i dont have a bci but i think i usually go into theta/delta
but youll feel very trippy after
if u have a lot of surpressed traumait can help u bring ur implicit memory forward and un can kinda deal with it in chunks over time or it can help u become more creative bc these techniques are adjacent to active imagination etc
i had some ppl report that i visited them in an astral apparition and showed them things when i was actively doing this technique, i think 2 ppl mainly but whatever maybe thats a bit too far fetched hahah. the things i showed were pretty accurate to me and unable to be gained by just cold reading or judgement
