I improved mine by chin tucks and slightly adjusting my posture when I'm on the computer

I still have anterior pelvic tilt but I'm too lazy to do anything about it  Ugh

I'm using ATP in the loose-sense, in that I have a forward sway. ATP is kinda rare and I find that a lot of women have this more exaggerated frontward-sway due to lower muscle tone

I have this frontward-sway too ( not diagnosed ) and this is from a lack of muscle tone on my end as well ( after I worked out a little, it has gotten much better. When I am very tired or dip below 55kg, it becomes noticeable again )

Doesn't cause any functional issues and unless you have it like really bad, then you may look like you have a belly when you wear a tight shirt or something but thats about it and if you are a guy, you aren't really gonna care about this type of thing anyway

I don't know what all that is about but yes your posture and feet positioning/shape affects facial development. Modern foot binding aka torpedo shaped shoes causes small jaws

RE: posterior chain dominance? - slop slinger - 21-06-2026

You need good posture.
