Make a profile on social media with your real face, make controversial post that risk negative exposure.
You will now get feedback on your looks. In 99% of cases, some feedback will be negative.
Join groupchats with your real face and make controversial comments in there. People will comment on your looks and use them for attacks. Usually men.
Never react negatively to the looks insults.
Ever since I've done that, my insecurities over looks have gone to zero.
I can spend my time being insecure over other things.
It is what Taleb calls antifragility. You gain confidence from negative feedback.
