it completely removes the intertia from having to respond to messages from people you don't know very well (or at all). just get AI to generate the message and tweak it slightly if there are bits you don't like.
no time wasted mulling over how to word things or trying to get the right amount of polite/pleasantry in your tone

feel like ai gen writing is still pretty detectable and person will probably receive it as a fuck off signal but i suppose that’s the point as long as your tone is plausibly deniable

If you are writing 2 sentences max within the context of a reply to a specific message it really isn't noticeable though, and if it is you can easily tweak it

like mentioned above, people can usually tell. I always spend too much time tryna correct it so I just began writing them myself. I would be better off just not caring what people say and send the generated email.
