The bad feeling/pain/suffering will pass. It has always passed and will most probably always pass. Its physiologically impossible to feel bad all the time.
If it gets too bad: painkillers opioids benzos drugs etc, hospital/ward/prison. and wait till automatic suicide, dont plan it. Since pain/bad feeling/suffering will pass i dont need to do anything against my will if im gonna feel good anyway yooo, which means i dont particularly need to focus on money, iq and sex. Game over.
