No they are bully victims, an anti-fa rapper wrote a dissertation about this. To be noted, they were bullied for their behavior, not physical characteristics (like incels were). They are trying to turn the tables and gain some of their lost pride back for all the bad experiences they had in the past. It's a matter of pride, this is why you see them (especially riot police) square up to civilians like they want to fight.
