Whites with in group preference probably are those who have not been completely genetically neutered by Christianity and it's secular incarnations ie communism, liberalism, etc. I'm one of these people. Pagan blood flows through these veins

Outgroup preference seems to have more to do with an unstable psychology than indoctrination. Having trust issues, feeling like an outsider, etc...

It's to do with shame and guilt from mass propaganda. Since you're in Germany they will drag you to prison and induce heart attack for denying Holocaust or flying swastika. That is the level of indoctrination necessary to create a refugees welcome society

I agree with everything you're saying, but I never felt the guilt thing this much. I think every german is on some level affected by the self hatred going on. In a homogenous society without much technology or travel, you might have an outgroup preference, but it's a more abstract one.
