Modern densely populated cities are unnatural, they are behind probably a large number of the psychiatric conditions that's been invented over the last century or so.
To be able to adapt to such environment required you to be a formless puddle with no mind of your own.the perfect system slave. Being mentally ill so to speak is a sign you're a genuine human person uncorrupted by molochian influences.
And I mean this literally, one of the biggest signs of a city dweller and part of reflexive population control is their support for abortion. Nature dweller has no such thoughts. Molochites so well adopted to city life they have abortions as a sport or "kink"

Doesn't feel like it often times when the majority of "humans" seem to do fine in society
