Very much so, in 2019 I had to go to the dermatologist.
They were just celebrating 30 years of the fall of the Berlin Wall, I remember at that time my facial lesions were worst.
They also showed a documentary on lepers, and I noticed "Hey! OK These leprosy victims have deformed hands, I'll give them that, but their facial skin is better than mine!"

Last night I started with Avène cleansing moose (not pictured), cleaned up a bit with Lierac micellar on 2 cotton pads at once (Dasha Taran's trick), then spritzed this new experimental thermal water. Added Tirtir half-milk toner, Tirtir serum and Beauty of Joseon cream.
One of the recent purchases makes much difference, but since I used 2 at once, I haven't isolated which. Either the Mario Badescu mist or Beauty of Joseon Ginseng Essence Water.

Best skin care is to just avoid sun and take anti oxidants. I use Neutrogena healthy skin anti aging protector on my face and the rest I cover with a linen suit. Recently I also incorporated a cotton rag to cover my face I find it helps me larp as younger and the shopkeepers don't seem to mind since I'm white and wearing a suit they probably just assume it's a cultural/religious thing. Covering yourself up mogs so much. We need to go back to wearing suits at the beach and having bathing suits cover the entire body.
