after a month waking up early, it feels like you went through 3 months compressed in one, time just drags on forever even if you're distracting yourself with mindless entertainment. it's a helpful habit to have, but depends on how many chores/obligations you have accumulated. rotting indeed just feels like staring at the ceiling for long, dilated hours.
