I despise this as well, i somehow (happens subconsciously) negate this by always checking out myself in the mirror, timewise probably even more than training itself, tho u have to have an impressive physique for this otherwise it's just cringe, it makes them focus more on wow what a narcy freak rather than damn even that guy is actually trying. It also happened when I was playing football tournaments a few years ago, I felt sick to my stomach when I was out of breath trying way too hard and my team was still losing, such a disgusting feeling knowing that 50+ people are watching you give it all while still losing.

Yea it's such a pain in the ass to phyaically go to normieland just to lift some weight among subhumans

When youre beginner you don't really need advanced machines anyway, skipping rope and a barbell set at home should be enough

Yep. Gave this doubt of mine a thought and realized it breaks down to that - you dont want others to witness your effort, even if they are complete strangers. the only problem is, no "home exercise" regime is comparably efficient, so it's either larping as taxi driver in your room or normtardmaxxing

No it's extremely disturbing and the whole thing feels like a social stunt. It adds layers to the process that it should not have.

working out in a public gym is subhuman
wasting time traveling to a spot to go share equipment with normoids sounds like hell on earth
id rather stay a skinnyfat lanklet forever
