how is his old ass even still allowed to play, doesn't he just waste da budget, or is the budget bigger from his star power so they can afford him and even better other players so it cancels out

partly what you said plus he is not playing in a competitive league
half the players are hobbyist footballers who do plumbing and construction at daytime
