the case: a 39 yo guy getting charged with family violence and threats (cant bother googling anglotard equivalents) to his mom, but it's all fueled by his insane alcoholism
i swear i was half a thought away from bursting out laughing when, while giving his defense and explaining the background of his meltdown, he said: "my mom hates it when i drink, so that night, like most nights in the last 3-4 years, i bought alcohol and tried sneaking into my room just so i could get drunk and enjoy my evening in peace, without her nagging"
too lazy to type out other lines that made me feel like i was being pranked, but it felt surreal as fuck. made me think i went full schizo a couple of times.
i'll sentence him to 6 + 6 (on 5 years) + obligatory psychiatric and alcoholism treatment, like the D. A. proposed in the indictment
