I temporarily out-ran a boxer on a woods road who was pacing himself. (for 60 meters or so) I was on the ground with spittle next to me due to exhaustion and was over-staying when I saw him approach then got up.

Went down to a river that runs just below through my running trail to help a dog (it jumped back down anyway) and felt guilt over a gypsy pranking me into slamming down my chair by sitting down on a ginger kid's already injured toe.
